At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all brewing equipment and accessories are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
